Don't know what to have for supper tonight?? Here's a great idea.
1 cup Salsa
8 oz Sour Cream
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked Chicken
1/3 cup Tomatoes, diced
1/3 cup Green Peppers, diced
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
3/4 cup Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1/2 cup salsa and sour cream in small bowl. Spread mixture evenly over tortillas. Divide chicken, tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions evenly down center of each tortilla and roll up. Place tortillas seam down in an 11 x 7 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover with remaining salsa and bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
