This is easy and delicious, if you you're a fan of Kahlua or coffee flavored anything.
I use the Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie mix.
Pour the mix in a medium size bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of instant coffee granuals to the dry mix. Blend it in with a whisk.
Add the remaining ingredients that's on the box and follow box directions.
After brownies are through baking, remove them from oven to cool, but while they're still hot pour kahlua over them. I've never measured how much. I just kind of drizzle it over the brownies while they're hot so it will seep down into them faster.
If you prefer a richer Kahlua/mocha flavor you can mix kahlua with the store-bought or home made icing before spreading it on the brownies. You can also mix a teaspoon of coffee into a cup of hot water and then measure out a couple of tablespoons of that into your icing as well. Adding liquid to the icing will give it the consistency of a glaze and in my opinion makes the brownies even more moist, which is exactly how I like mine - moist and chewy!
