Temporary Insanity: Warm Chocolate Cakes with gooey centers by Katrina Hall
I can definitely say that Katrina had me at first glance of her delectable Warm Chocolate Cakes. A chocoholic would fall off the wagon for these for sure, and quite honestly, if you do not have the time and ingredients to make these, it is quite torturous to tease yourself by reading the recipe. Made in small individual souffle cups, you end up with a beautiful little cake with a gooey chocolate center. I am sure the title of "temporary insanity" is appropriate -- put me in a room with the yummy little cake topped with such pretty whipped cream and I would totally lose it, devouring it like a mad woman. Go check out her recipe today and enjoy!
Molten Chocolate Surprise by Lindy T.
Though these mini cakes have a similar gooey center to Katrina's, the recipe is quite different. These divine little cakes are made in lined muffin tins, with a chocolate chip cookie placed in first, then a chocolate batter is added on top. Once baked, the paper liners are removed and the individual portioned cakes are served with a dollop of whipped topping. Check out Lindy's recipe for a simple and yummy dessert that will soothe your inner chocolate monster!
Be sure to congratulate this month's winners by commenting on their articles. The March challenge theme will be announced soon. Thank you all for contributing great group content - keep the recipes coming!
