Fat loss 4 idiots is probabally the fastest growing diet on the Internet.  The question is why? Usually when something takes off really fast on Internet it's either a scam or it really works well.

Either way is good because if it's a scam and they have ripped a few people off it will be all over the Internet in a flash. I was just reading about someone this week who was selling stuff on the Internet and he made almost $400,000 in a relatively short amount of time.  The problem is he ripped off some people and those people started spreading it around on the Internet that he had ripped them off and not only was his reputation destroyed but the government came in and took all his money and shut down this business.

The Internet can also be just as powerful in a positive manner. If you find a product or service that you like and it does a great job for you the news will spread like wildfire from word-of-mouth and will be in every forum and on every blog related to the subject.

Today's Internet isn't like it was 10 years ago.  Today's Internet for the most part is safe and secure.
