Cool link, I like the advice right there on the front page about how to convert recipes to make them in the slow cooker. I do this a lot but never knew the "rules."

Thanks for the link, Shan! There's a link on there for "start a Sunday tradition". I've been thinking I would start using our crockpot more on Sundays. They're so long and I never have the time to cook anything worthwhile. Crockpot is the answer! By the way, what's the difference between a crockpot and a slow cooker?

Thanks alot Shannon. I've been cooking more and more in my slow cooker, altho' last nights dinner cooked awful fast! I put the chops in the crockpot and 2 hours later they were cooked!

Ha! I knew there wasn't a difference. Why do they call them two different names then?! It confuses me. I have a small "slow cooker" that belonged to my husband's mother. Then I have a big crockpot that I bought. I've never understood why they seemed to be the same thing and yet were called two different things. Yeah, sometimes I'm pretty near dense and stupid. I know. LOL
