1 prepared oreo crust
3 packages (8 ounces each)cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
3 eggs
9 inch springform pan
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Blend in melted chocolate . Add eggs, mixing on low speed just until blended. Pour over crust.
BAKE at 325°F for 55 to 60 minutes or until center is almost set . Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
This is easy to make and is very rich and delicious.
