Here's an easy and quick dessert that is low in points if you're following weight watchers. All you need is one of those little sandwich makers.
Take two slices of reduced calorie, high fiber bread, spray the sandwich maker with non - stick butter flavored spray. Lay one slice of bread in the sandwich maker. Press down a bit so it will make a pocket in the indentions. Spoon in a little sugar free pie filling of your choice, cherry, strawberry, blueberry or apple. Top with the second slice of bread. If you're making two of these then do the same in the other side of the machine. You'll have 4 pies if you do both sides. Close and cook until lightly browned. Take out and if desired sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
These taste wonderful.
