A Bogie Update

It's about time! Wow, I've been waiting for an update! This must mean you are feeling better? This is precious!

that is priceless. He sure is growing! Love that the cat is so unconcerned at being sandwiched by the two dogs :)

I had one cat that never minded my dogs - but his sister was far less tolerant.

Darling group pictures, that Bogie is a heartbreaker. So neat that they all have bonded like this. Miss you and Deb, take care.

You have me laughing out loud -- so loud that I typed out the words. 8D

I DO remember that photo. I remember how tiny he was and how light (in weight) he was. How much does he weigh now?

I am seeing all kinds of tiny changes that confirm his status as Moose in Training.
* He no longer has that baby puppy dome head. It is becoming the smoothly rounded shape of a boxer teen.
* It looks like he is growing into his ears. I don't mean that as an insult. But his ear tips could touch when he was a baby. I don't know if that is still true.
* What really jumps out at me is that tiny white spot on his neck. It seems to be getting much smaller these days. Of course, that's because our boy is getting much bigger.
But when all is said and done, there is nothing wrong with being a moose. I think every household should have its own handsome moose on the property.

I guess you can tell I am at work on this Sunday afternoon. I am trying to avoid getting back to my accounting. Your fabulous photos and my overly wordy comment took up a good 15 minutes. Oh well .....

As Madame D. said, 'It's about time!' We are all glad you're feeling better. And we're always glad to see Bogie updates.

He's adorable, Tonia. BTW - when I adopted Merri I was told she was almost four months old, 15 pounds, and a lab chow mix. I figured I was adopting a 45 pound dog. When I got her to the vet, he informed me that she was NINE WEEKS old, and that the double dewclaws on her back feet were most likely from either St Bernard or Great Pyrenees. Lucky for me, she's only maybe a 65 or 70 pound dog... *sigh*

I love him...look at those big feet! I can't believe they all sleep together like that!

Thanks all - it is amazing to see how much he has grown. And his feet are huge - it's a little scary :-)

And yes, I am feeling a bit better - upgraded from wanting to be put out of my misery (hmmm, maybe death isn't so bad after all) to lousy but wanting to live. Strep throat is one of the nastiest things to pick up.

So, we'll try this again - I have Bogie pictures going back for the past month or so and I will sort through them and try to get something up soon.

AWWW, they are all so sweet, and they look like they really enjoy eachother's company too! My one boxer Bailey and my cat are best of freinds, they sleep together, but the older boxer Daisy doesn't much care for the cat. Daisy likes to chase him, Bailey likes to snuggle with him, and she plays with him too, but gently.

Oh yeah, he's going to be a big one, but it looks like he's also going to be a lover. What an adorable photo. They all look so sweet.

You can't see it Tonia...but I have a huge smile on my face right now. First the wonderful photo essay of Kate's (Dog Park Afternoon) ...and now this! Too adorable. I can't believe he's laying like that with your cat....And all 3 on the pillow...sigh...SMILE

Yup, he's gonna be a hefty lad! Sorry to hear you caught strep - I must really be out of the loop coz this is the first I've heard of it. I'm glad to hear recovery is progressing. I've had strep and you're right, at it's worst death seems a viable alternative!

Yes he is looking like the moose of the family I think that one is a candidate for a calender. It is amazing how they snugle up together beautiful pics.

I'll say! He has more than doubled!
