We've lived in our house for 14 years and we've painted and redcorated every room AT LEAST twice.....except for our bedroom. It's been in need of a face lift for soooo long. I wish I would have remembered to take 'before' shots of it before starting the redecorating, but I was just too anxious to get started. For the past 14 years our room had off white walls, a bluegreen bedspread with cranberry colored paisley like prints. The border on the wall and the window valances all matched the bedspreads pattern. I had Mallard Duck pictures hanging with it. It looked good when we had it put up, but of course with anything, over time it got old to look at. This time I wanted something completely different. I wanted warm, cozy, earthy colors and for the room to have a Moroccan feel to it, with flowy window scarves.

I have been slowly redoing the walls in the place we live aswell. I have my daughter room, my teen's room and my livingroom done. Bathroom as been paited white. But I have been thinking of adding a sea or light house theme. Hand painted by me of course on the upper walls.
