For over a week now I have not been able to get anything to install on my PC. I have tried everything I have read and still nothing? Im about to go out of my mind with this. I have never had a problem like this. Normally one of our friends would come over and fix it, but hes been working alot and lives aways away, so he cant come out.
Does anyone out there have any idea what it could be and how to fix it?
It will go all the way through like its going to install, but at the end gives me an error of some sort. It depends on what it is im trying to install and the error. I have tried all the different things in the FAQ's and still nothing. Im clueless to what the problem is.

I tried to download a program (error smart) to see if it could help me and nothing.
Pretty much just says that it cant install? Big fish was the only one that really gave me a reason and I fixed the one it said and still nothing?
The only problems I'm aware of are those two. With XP I bet it's the InstallShield messed up somehow.
Whatever it is sounds serious. Do you dig around in your registry much? If not, I'd let someone come look at it and fix it.
One day I could download the next day I couldn't?
During that time I did a java and Windows update. The last Windows update crashed my PC and I have to have Rob come out to fix it.
Noting the actual error messages you get is very important to determining what is going on. If you want to try again and record some, perhaps we can help.
Here is one of the errors im getting. Keep in mind, I cleaned out my windows temp folder already, I also turned off my anti-virus and firewall. This is what Big Fish help page says about the error code im getting.
764-99: Your hard drive or Windows Temp folder is to full and there is not enough space to install the game properly. This error can also occur if the game is not granted access to the Windows Temp folder (usually the case when an Anti-Virus program takes over the Windows Temp folder and blocks our games from installing correctly.)
When trying to install errorsmart, it seems as if its all installed and everything is fine, but when you go to click on it to use it, it tries to configure and then throws up an error saying "Fatal error during installation."
Big fish had me run a program called hijack this and I sent them the report over a week ago and I still have not heard anything back from them?
I have no clue what else I can do? Im at my wits end with it. I have read 100's of pages of help on this matter, checked settings a million times over (nothing was changed before this, unless an up date did it.) So I dont know what else to try.
