I'm a big fan on bodyweight exercises, why?
- No need for any equipment or free weights
- No need to pay monthly gym membership
- Need very little room or just use the outdoor
- It's an effective way to build mucle and burn fat
- Your body weight is a great challenge to lift and helps you shape up
