You are good at guessing this and some are correct. This is glass scuplture on the ceiling of the foyer in the new entrance of the University of Iowa Hospital. Unusuall to say the least and I think it looks like butterfly wings. No one at the hospital could tell me if that was what it represented but many agreed with me..
