6 Things I Was Supposed to Do This Weekend But...

1. get a haircut - I couldn't get in at a decent time. I could have rearranged some stuff, but the hassle!

2. iron a blouse for Monday - I'll have to wear a sweater

3. get my dog's toenails trimmed - *sigh*

4. clean the bathtub - this is one of those chores I keep putting off until its just so about disgusting

5. fill up my gas tank - I'll do it Monday

6. call my aunt back - aaargh, she's do judgemental, why does she even call me if she's just going to get all down on me. I might not call her back at all.

The trick to doing to do lists is a to know what can be set aside. What has priority? Think of what you did do, rather than what you missed.

I got my taxes done, which was my big goal of the weekend. As for the hair? Yeah, I just took scissors to mine. Just took a half inch of the ends. Fortunately, I have wavy hair so if it's not cut perfectly even, no one but you, me, (and how many Gather members are there?) will know. Or I'll just tilt my head. HA.

Oh, forgot something. Buy a Costco steamer for the blouse. SOOO much easier, and more effective in my case, than ironing.

ok, since I wrote this I did iron my blouses. Mainly because I looked in my drawer and realized I didnt have any sweaters that match anything for tomorrow.
