...man, I hate spinach, except for the fresh in a salad. Dig Rye bread though.
Hmmm....
I would thinly slice the fennel and toss it with baby greens, feta cheese and a vinegrette using the oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar as a salad with the cheese toasts.
extras: berry preserves, whole chicken, egg
Mix diced fennel, thawed spinach, bread (torn), egg, nuts and salt and pepper. Stuff chicken cavity. Bake two hours.
Meanwhile, mix cottage cheese with a little preserves. Serve with additional for dessert.
