Tomorrow I am going Grocery Shopping and we have decided it is far past time to get back on some healthier foods. I know the old favorites like Whole Wheat bread, turkey, etc...but I also know how very smart all my Gather friends are with things like this so I would love to hear some of your ideas....
What's new out there or good for healthier eating? We aren't worrying about low carb at this point, rather just a better plan for health....Let's hear your ideas...

Many people think that cooking homemade takes longer than purchasing a mix. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The trick is to take one day and make all your homemade mixes.
Fresh Fruits are always in our home. We eat a lot of fresh fruit. However, I used to work in a produce department. I will bet you will be surprised to hear some of the things that is on that fruit you purchase.
