Big Brother 9 Chat (West Coast Spoilers)

Welcome all to the 2nd Big Brother Chat!!!

The newest season premiered last night with a new twist. . .  Til Death Do Us Part.  Each couple was paired up with a potential 'soulmate' based on questionaires they filled out.  Which proved to be quite interesting when a few of the couples did not seem to like who they were paired up with. 

They also have an eviction scheduled for tonight but not in the usual way.  The winners (Parker & Jen) of last night's challenge get to send someone (actually 2 someone's) home tonight without the need for voting.

Should be an interesting night!  Come chat with us :)

Just wanted to stop in and say hello. This is working out for me. I was sick last night, so I have to go online and catch up with last night's show. I'm TIVOing tonight's show and watching Idol. So, I can't chat...but, just wanted to say hi!

Jennifer, I am so upset!!! Big Brother is not on tonight here because of the UT-Vanderbilt game...can you believe it??? I'll have to get my details from you. So, the elimination is going to be on Saturday, right?

There is an elimination tonight. The power couple (Parker & Jen) get to eliminate one couple of their choice. And then I think another couple will get voted out on Sunday.

Looks like Adam & Sheila are still fighting. . . . This time because she heard him say somebody was a retard and she found it offensive the way he did it. They may be the ones to go home tonight.

Jacob, Ryan & a few others are saying that Parker is a back stabber and a snake. Ryan not saying much because Parker is paired with his secret partner.

Adam is the rudest person in the world. I feel sorry for his mother, who is having to watch this probably. Does he not realize that for his partner to go home, he has to go home, too.

It's too bad that Sharon is paying the price for jacob's deeds. That's one thing that is bad about this couples thing. I wonder if CBS added that part of it after the writer's strike started coming to close, figuring they can get back to other shows sooner.

Sharon went to Parker and tried to sell out Ryan. Parker then told Jen and now she is going to reveal to Parker that she is dating Ryan. Wonder what he'll do with that info?

Now Ryan's telling Allison about him & Jen. I didn't think anyone was supposed to find out. Wonder how this will affect their place in the game? Thought they were supposed to make it thru without anyone finding out about them. Guess we will soon see.

I think Allison is starting to like Ryan. The fact the he is dating Jen seems to bother her a real lot. And no one trusts anyone out of that foursome.

I know I wouldn't feel comfortable if hubby and I were paired up with different people. I probably would have left then.

Looks like another episode of Big Brother has ended! Not sure if I will make the chat for Sunday night (it's on at 8pm on CBS) as I will be at my brother's in Maryland, but I will try!

I only caught about 1/2 of the first show and missed it completely last night because I had to be at the gym for kickboxing. I am on a local version of "the Biggest Loser" and we have to be at the gym 6 days a week and take classes and all so, I have also missed the first show of Survivor and have missed The Biggest Loser....
UGH..
I am loving MY new lifestyle of being in 2nd place on our local biggest Loser but hate missing all of my shows.

I am going to keep coming to your post to keep up.

I can't believe I missed it. My husband and I watched last years Big Brother8 and were really looking forward to this years. When does it come on next?

Good summary, I have it recorded to my DVR because I am in school those nights. I am looking foward to Sunday nights show. Usually BB is aired throughout the summer, but because of the writing strike I think they picked up this new version for BB9.
