I have not used sugar in my coffee in 30 years; I was amazed at how much I had used.
Dr. Oz has said that the best way to live to be 100 is to not be obese - this contributes to diabetes and heart disease, stroke - to get 8 hours fo sleep, to not smoke at all and to drink only a few drinks a month - plenty of water, fresh fruits and vegetables and to get plenty of fresh air and exercise.
Exercise has been reported to contribute to longeivty by about 30% - meaning, that the centenarians studied in a study had exerecised daily their entire lives. They also did not have as much obesity, diabetes, COPD or heart disease as people who did not exercise. The people who did not exercise daily often did not reach the age of 100.
That was in a medical study I read.
I too am a firm believer in Dr. Oz and his anti aging wisdom.
