Homemade eggrolls?

Does anyone know how to make eggrolls? What is the outside wrapper made of?Or is it something you buy already made? We really like them and I bet they would be good made from scratch.

you can buy wonton skins in any grocery store,that is what i use

Wonton and eggroll wrappers are usually found in the refrigerated salad section of the grocery store. I have used Alton Brown's wonton recipe with eggroll wrappers very successfully.

I have just read a article published today, It had some things that he had put in it, They were made from wrappers..I don't want to say the name wrong, but I think it was Jeff..
I want to try this too :))

Yep,it was Jeff, I don't think he publish's his work other than on his page , but it was a yummy photo and some great things they put inside the eggrolls:))
