Yes, he's getting to be a big boy, but you have to remember that he is still a puppy.
And one thing I learned from my dogs is that the older ones will ALWAYS consider age and 'who was here first' in the pecking order. My youngest Pom stood head and shoulders above the other dogs but they never let him forget who was boss.
This is one of those cases where size truly does not matter.
What I remember the most about having a puppy that was destined to be a large dog, was the puppy piles they left behind. A lot of growing requires a lot of eating.
Also to hope that you got to see the show. The best in breed for the boxers was this beautiful long-legged female. She was rather young, and GORGEOUS. Her front legs were white stockings all the way up.
I can just see Bogie in two years. Another champion on the rise.
