Why are young people voting?

Because the country is in a mess? They see what Bush & Co have done and want change. Ron Paul's biggest support comes from young voters who want a Constitutional Government and more Power to the seperate States. The wand a limited Federal Govrnment and a money pollicy that is solid. No taxes on income. No more Illegal Wars, No more policing the whole world while our own country goes to pot. Just a few of the reasons our young voters are out there voting. In short to protect their own asses.

I plan on voting for among various reasons which include: tired of individuals that are veterans, not being treated with respect or thought of as highly (my dad is a veteran) and benefits really suck. I've never received all the promised benefits that as a daughter is suppose to receive (education, etc). It upsets me how our children in America aren't being thought about, either. I'm also upset due to the fact that our healthcare sucks and when you go down to ask for government based assistance (there is always a wait and when you need it), you're brushed away if you're white - looking like an idiot. I'm tired of all the illegal foreigners, stealing jobs, money and shit.. Just pisses me off. That's my word. I know sounds harsh, but you asked for my opinion - you got it. :)

Oh and by the way, I do not like Hilary, nor do I like Obama... but I do like Edwards. Bush - as for liking him? That must be a joke!

Edwards- I think he's a fighter, then again, I go with viewpoints and perspectives, so I'm a little laid back on voting. It depends what a political party believes in, and most of the time, almost all parties for voting are liars.

Younger voters are planning to vote in 2008's elections because they can see how much of mess occurs when they don't.

That... and many other things ; )

Hopefully, Ron Paul will win this one, either as a Republican or, better yet, as in independent [Libertarian] party leader.

Out with terror — in with the long term [no non-sense] prosperity.
