I've had several people ask me how they can do weight watchers if they can't afford meetings so I thought I'd share a few of my favorite sites. If you can afford the meetings, they're great and worthwhile in my opinion. At the moment I can't but when I get closer to my goal this time I hope I can so I can become a life time member and learn to finally keep the weight off. BTW I'm down 17 pounds now since Jan. 2.
This first site gives an overview of the program and some point information.
The next site Dotties Weight Loss Zone, gives you the points of many favorite restaurant meals. There is lots more information on this site, if you care to explore. She also has a newsletter you can sign up for.
Here's a good one with the formula for calculating points and links to several other great sites, including a few recipe sites. I've used the Three Fat Chicks on a Diet, and crock pot sites and enjoy them very much. Some of the others are neat sites too. Lots to explore here.
The next site is the Hungry Girl site. I love their newsletter. They even have a cookbook out but I haven't saw it yet.
Hope you'll find some of these helpful. I'll try and share some more another time.
