What part of no do some people not understand?

Ok today I am chatting with this girl who claims to be from my State and she is seeming like she is not good with English I ask her which part of my State she is in.

And all she says is she's from Michigan and I ask ok which town?

Then I am getting the feeling she is not understanding me, so I name off cities in Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Michigan asking if she lives in those cities or where the heck she lives.

Finally she says Sterling Heights (that is near my native Rochester Hills, my Family and I traveled to Sterling Heights many times back when we lived in Rochester Hills).

Later she tells me she wants to ask me something but is afraid to tell me something, and I ask her, well have ya been arrested? and she said no not that.

Then she tells me her niece is in the Hospital and I say "ok, what happened?" and then she asks me for $1000 and I tell her I cannot afford it, and that I cannot afford to give any money at all, even after I tell her I can't afford to give money at all she asks me for $300

Before she asked me for the $300, I told her if she wants $1000 ask Jenny Granholm (the Governor) for it cause thanks to Jenny Granholm, no one in Michigan can afford to provide $1000 for someone's Hospital bill unless that person is rich or that person holds a State or Federal elected office.

After I tell her I can't even afford $300 she says bye to me and then she tells me she wanted to know me, and I said "well asking me for money is not the way to know me, I am usually nice but once you ask me for money and kept doing it after i've already said no, then I can get angry and be a jerk towards the person who asked me for money."

And I told her it was obvious to me that she didn't wanna be my friend and that she was being a scammer and I told her she needed to go to Jail.
