I am BZZING about Stonyfield Farm 32 Oz Yogurt.

These yogurts are good for you, & I was surprised to find out that they are good for the environment too.

They are avaiable in 3 varieties

Fat Free: Plain,French Vanilla

Low Fat: Plain, Vanilla, Banilla, Strawberry

Whole Milk:Plain,french Vanilla

• This yogurt is a great value, since each 32 oz multi serve container has the equivalent of 5 6 oz cups.
• It is a great alternative to smaller cups so you save money & the environment by producing less waste.
• Certified Organic, Certified Kosher, and vegetarian friendly.
• It is produced without any of those synthetic growth hormones,antibiotics or toxic pesticides and is made with nothing artificial
• It is nutritious with 9 grams of protein per serving
• My store is carrying it at $3.89 per container so it is a a great buy
• Well represented online

I really liked the fact that Stonyfield is committed to using earth friendly practices to work in harmony with nature. 

Stonyfield Farm was the first company to pay dairy farmers NOT TO USE RBST/RGBH, a synthetic version which is a growth hormone used in most dairy farms today.  (In fact Stonyfield actively opposes the use of the growth hormone in cows.)

Even the yogurts foil lids has info about health & environmental initiatives.

Stonyfield was also the first manufacturer to offset 100% of CO2 emissions from their facilities energy use.

I whole heartily recommend Stonyfield Yogurt, it is a super food that is good for all ages.

So switch it up and trade your regular yogurt for Stonyfield for one week, use it in recipes, and see if you notice the difference. I CERTAINLY DID!!!!
