My recipe comes from a South Carolina church cookbook, in which the food is labled a "bismark".
4 Tablespoons butter (more or less)
Place in a pie pan and set in 475 degree oven to melt.
Mix well:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
When the butter is melted, pour batter into the center of the pie pan and return to oven. Bake for 12 minutes. The pancake will be puffy and golden.

Serve with your favorite syrup or with a little lemon juice and powdered sugar.
