Where's the icon for hitting my head against the brick wall? I need it now. You see, I mailed a synopsis and three chapters of my story to a nice publisher. Except ..... I forgot to enclose the synopsis. Now, who will want to publish a writer who cannot even get the submission right? Considering they might actually like my story. Oh yes. In my letter I stated that I had enclosed a synopsis and sample chapters because that's what their guidelines said they wanted.
Sigh. Scratch another possibility off my list.
But putting my little goof in perspective, it is minor compared to the terror the people in the southern states have experienced in the past day. I send prayers for everyone who was in the midst of the tornadoes. I cannot imagine what you are going through.
