And the Jersey peaches. Jersey corn. Jersey tomatoes. Don't you know that NJ is the largest producer of cranberries in the US?
I lived in the Ramapo/Skyline Mountains just across the Hudson from NYC as a child; my youngest brother was born there.
Taylor ham, egg, and cheese sandwhich.
I've lived in Jersey, Arizona, and Nevada, done a bit of traveling, yet never seen that anywhere but in Jersey.
However, no one yet has been able to tell me what a Taylor ham is.
