Yes! It's true! Johnny Depp is signed on to play the role of John Dillinger in the new film "Public Enemies." Since Dillinger spent time right here in Wisconsin, likely filming areas would include: locations in Madison, Milwaukee, Oshkosh and the Little Bohemia resort at Manitowish Watersin northern Wisconsin.

I was just discussing with mom last night that I'd love to go up there and see the set maybe try for a photo.. you know because a 4x zoom camera can really get in close to where he'll probably be hiding ROFLOL! Yeah, right. I probably need a zoom lens the length of my arm to get anything to show up! Haha!

Nothing this exciting since Keanu Reeves reportedly filmed at the Capitol over 10 years ago, then those scenes were cut from "Chain Reaction." I didn't really try to see Keanu, although I would have loved to. But Johnny Depp. . . wow. I think you have to hit those bars around the Capitol and State Street late at night to catch celebrities.
