Since I haven't found any tea recipes (though I haven't looked too hard! lol!), I decided to try my own. Here is what I used:
chicken (I used boneless, skinless chicken because that is what I had to use)
carrots
potatoes
tea (I used jasmine green tea, but you could use any kind)
salt
pepper
I put all of the ingredients into a slow cooker and cooked it on low for about 5 hours (cook longer if using whole chicken). You could add other vegetables and/or spices to make it your own. It turned out pretty good. My husband even liked it! I can't wait to try something else. I will let you know when I do!
