Hi Becca, it sounds like a good idea to incorporate an online dictionary somewhere in Gather's links. At the moment, the Tab section across the top only has links to different pages within Gather. So maybe a different section can be opened up for useful links on the ineternet... You could email gather at info@gatherinc.com (from a non Gather email) to address this issue.

Hi Joanne! Good morning! Well, middle of the night down here actually. It's around 3.00 am right now. My cat slept on our dressing table and was scratching the door to be let out. I notice that folks can add html to their comments. How is this done. do I just put the code in? Also, what about images in comments? Thanks!

Hi Again David! Below is a link to a conversation between a Gather member Holly G and Kevin about how to add images to the comments. Holly posted an article asking how this was done and Kevin took her through the steps. I hope this helps :)

Do you happen to know if the tax info from Gather has been sent out to those members who earned over $600 for 2007?

Hi Again Bridget Just heard back from Gather about the 1099 forms. These got posted Last Friday, on 25 January 2008. so if you have earned more than $600 on Gather during 2007, you should receive a form sometime this week.

Hi Maria! :) If you live in the US, the points you earn can be converted to gift cards or cash earnings and if you make more than $600 in cash and gift cards, you would need complete the tax form.

Where do we go to get informationabout or report problems with last night's updates? I wanted to edit one of my articles and the "edit" link is no longer there. In fact, it doesn't even say that I cant rate my own articles any more. It's like my articles don't belong to me any more.

Hi Dianne, thanks for keeping us posted. :) I am glad things are back to normal for you. If you do have technical problems browsing and posting on Gather, the best people to contact are Support@gather.com (you will need to email them from an email address outside of gather.
