It has been raining and raining all day long today. I know we really need the water but I would like to get out of the house just for a little while. We did go out to get something for lunch but that was about it. Oh well. Robert and I have just been hanging around the house today. I've been on Gather posting comments and publishing articles and photos. He's been on my daughter's computer playing Spider Solitaire.

The temperature for the most part has been around 42 degrees but it seems colder with the wind blowing. I can't wait for clearer weather so we can take our ATV out and explore.

sounds like fine weather to me. It hasn't been over 20 degrees all last week. Everything is frozen.

Wet and sloppy, we just got over that...it made everyone sick. Now we have frosty cold and snowy! Today we are having a bawmy 30*. I think its the first time in over a week we've been higher than 10*. EEEkkk! Sounds like we both need sunshine!

We're pretty lucky today, no rain, a little wind so it feels cooler than it really is. Not too bad though.

Actually it's been colder here but with the cloud cover it keeps some of the warm in.

I just got a post card about spider solitaire last week, what a coincedence right. I haven't been to check it out yet, maybe this week. Great pictures and thanks for the views.

We've had really dry weather here. They keep saying it will snow or rain and so far nothing. My hubby and I went out for awhile today - just to do one errand we forgot about yesterday. Then we stopped and got chinese food on the way home. We stayed in the rest of the day. I did some much-needed scrapbooking and watched cooking shows on PBS. My son played his video games and played with his friends.

It has been overly cold here in NJ. It is supposed to warm up a bit later this week. No more teens - now we'll be in the 30's and 40's.

We need rain or snow. It has been a very dry winter so far.

Neat photos, Toni! It sounds like you were (are you still?) having the weather we had the past couple of weeks in L.A. Rain, rain and more rain. And then, more rain. LOL I hope it's cleared up so you can go out in your ATV.:)

Thank you Audrey. Well the rain quit finally. Now it's just colder than heck. LOL. It even tried to snow today. We plan on taking an ATV trip this Saturday though if the weather cooperates.

Yes, I know what you mean, all this rain and being cold has really been something. I tell you what though, I for one can't wait for spring! We have had so much more rain than usual that when all the cactus go into bloom this year it is going to be one heck of a display, definitely something to look forward to Toni!!

Ruth: Yes, it will be one heck of a display. I hope to get lots of pictures. The only thing with Arizona, as you already know, is that for all the beauty we get with the rain we also have a big fire season come summertime and monsoons.

We don't get much rain here in Phoenix, so when we do, we usally really enjoy it. I was a little aggrevated because I was having ot do my grocery shopping in the rain last weekend. I don't like carrying in bags of wet groceries. Anyway, I got the wet bags of groceries carried in the bouse and then i want outside with my unbrella and was taking pictures of my plants, in the rain, and trying to not get my camera wet....lol.
