Well, fish sleep and swim at the same time, with their eyes open (they have no choice!), and many animals can sleep standing up. The elephant and the giraffe can. So it wouldn't surprise me if burrito is fast asleep!

Chicken guard? HA! The only thing I know that guards chickens is roosters! You have a colorful bunch. We used to keep Buff Orpingtons...they laid eggs in the winter.

That is so cute! I love donkeys.
We have 7 mini donkeys and for some reason they dont guard anything! LOL. We have had chickens being killed from what I think might be a racoon.
