It's okay to be a loan shark if you're a credit card company

There are people STILL in jail and will be there a long time longer for being loan sharks.  But they broke the law by charging less interest than credit cards are now charging people today.  On what day did loan shark laws fly out the window?

 

Shouldn't people in jail today for being loan sharks be set free?

 

I just got my mail today and I got THREE credit cards solicitations.  I ripped them up, of course.  I'm not going throw my money away on people who do nothing but make money on money.  What monsters !!!

Isn't there something in Delaware laws, that allows no cap on interest rates? I guess thats why most banks have headquarters in Wilmington, DE?

i signed up for that no junk mail list a few years ago and I seldom get credit card offers these days..... it was one of the best things I did, other than getting on the "no call list"

My fiancee just got this notice when we moved here and put in new phone service - they found it questionable that he had no revolving debt, and said it lowered his credit score... *sigh*

Avoid the people and they charge you for it anyhow!

I heard about this Thursday nite, The credit card people are charging more interest than the Mafia. How can they do this? No one gets away with outdoing the Mafia.
