Ok I picked this book up today and let me tell ya! there are some great recipies in it! For those of you who don't know what "Eating-Clean" means let me tell you... "Eating-Clean" means you consume no preservatives, saturated fats, or processed foods... It also means you consume foods in their natural state... ie fresh fruits and veggies, lean protiens, whole grains, and things of that nature... The basis is we don't need to be filling ourselves with unneeded calories and or empty calories... Really what good will a bag of chips do you... It helps you also to rely on yourself instead of convinence food... Granted the recipies in the book are fairly quick and easy... you will have to take the time out to do a little cooking
