Artistic Therapy (Artistic Therapeutics®) can help those Artists out there (some unawares) who only occasionally utilize their gifts and talents. Taking time each day to develop your gifts and talents brings about joy, a sense of accomplishment, and further self-discovery. Artistic Therapy also opens doors for Creative people to interact with other Creatives.
Not only is the experience of creating artworks enjoyable, it is also eye-opening -- in that you discover things about yourself that you did not know were inside of you. . .

Your emotions, feelings, moods and attitude are all reflected in the creation of the artworks that you produce. It is worth picking up pens and applying them to paper for the Writers and Poets out there. And, it is wonderful to open up new windows of interior views of yourself when applying paint to canvas. Photography is a way to let others SEE the world as you SEE it -- expanding the minds, and sometimes opening the hearts of others. Craftwork lets you SEE another dimension of yourself. And, songs from the heart, when heard in your ears, and vocalized for others, is a gift given.

The spoken Word artistically and therapeutically applied is HEALING in action. Group interaction is another way to expand your insight into those things in life that interest you. . . .
THE CREATIVE ARTS open vistas of learning ~ as this is a wide field of skill, talent and knowledge. The more you become involved, the more you will LEARN.

Filmworks with healing messages are much needed today. . . .

There is a "call" for Videographers who are able to recognize and identify the pain in the lives of others, and capture on film a definitive avenue of restoration and resolution. Visual TESTIMONIES of a different kind from the violent imagery we have become comfortable with are long overdue for such a time as this.

Accepting your gifts and talents and owning them is one of the focal points of Artistic Therapeutics®. Being responsible for the gifts and talents we have been endowed with and showing forth accountability by utilizing those gifts and talents for the enjoyment, encouragement, inspiration, and betterment of ourselves and others is well worth the process. When we are happy and have a sense of JOY, we spread forth that joyful feeling to others.

We all will have to account for what we hold inside of us. What will you say when the question is asked, "What did you give of yourself from your soul . . . to your community, your family, your friends, mankind and the world?"
Practicing Artistic Therapeutics® can help you to discover the answers to that question.
