1) Re your nutrition, have you cut out junk food, fried food and all liquid calories including the 'diet' kinds? Varying the diet is important- repetitive meals will not work and you can lose motivation.
The challenge is to keep mini meals to the right requirements.

3) And how long have you been at it? It's about progression - recommended is 1-2 lbs loss a week. Have you tried high intensity exercises?
