I love making stuff. I do scrapbooking, make cards and all kinds of other things. The lastest thing I have done is make tags.
To make them I use regular shipping tags that are 4 3/4 x 2 3/8. You can get 100 tags for a couple of bucks at office stores and probably Wal-Mart too.
I have made them as book marks and just gift tags as well. I really like making them cause your imagination can go wild.
Last year I made a tag book with a good of friends. We made them for our bible study over Captivating.
Each tag represents something in the book. Each chapter and then some just represent things that were going on in my life at the time of the study.
This is the top view. Below:

Side view of the cover.
Here is what some of them turned out like:
This one says Beautiful and it has a list of things I though were beautiful. A cancer ribbon under the word. I put my mom on the list. She was battling cancer at the time and just recently passed but watching her fight was so beatiful to me.
This one says Wounded but not Broken. I think we are all can agree with that. We can be wounded by something but God helps us not be broken.
This next tag is about how we should treat our husbands and just talks about what we should say to them from day to day. Encourage them and let them know that they are doing a great job.
This one was about being a bride and a princess.
This is just the defination of Beauty and what it means to be Beautiful
This one I made because my son was sick in the hospital at the time I was doing this bible study and I wanted to remind myself of how real God was during this season of my life. He was there for a month with pnemonia and it was a very scary time but with my faith in God we made it.
Here is something we all need remember and something that really spoke to me. The saying is, This whole vast world is incomplete without me. How cool is that to know that God loves us so much that he has a plan and purpose for our lives. He made us for something.
One of my favorites by far is this one. I took a paint can and cut a heart out of it and then just pasted it below. To symbolize that heart is empty without God and it can't be full until you make him Lord of your life. Even if you are a Christian you still need to allow him to fill you and be the center of your life. It's a hard process and something I still need to learn and work on.
I hope you enjoyed looking at the tags I made and learned something along the way.

You are very talented!
As far as cost you just need to buy the tags. I use ribbon to tie through the hole but I've also used yarn as well. You don't have to use anything if you don't want to.
The possibilities are endless.
