Ok so you've heard me say you need a minimum of 30mins of exercise a day... And some of you probably looked at it and groaned... I don't have time to put in 20min a day let alone 10... Well my tip for you today is... SACRIFICE... You have to be willing to sacrifice something in your day in order to fit healthier habits into your life... For me I sacrifice planting my butt in front of the tv... I don't watch more than 2 hours a day... Yes I miss some shows but I'm healthy... Say you can't live without your show... work-out during comercials... Woork out bands, free weights even crunches... Well I don't want to ruin my show by fitting a workout in there... Get up 30 min earlier... Use the 10min solution videos... walk around your block a few times... take weights with you to work... There are many options you can choose from it just depends on how bad you want it!
