Put baby items in a box that is closed with just a hole big enough for a hand pass it around and then have them list what was in the box. No peeking.

Blindfold everyone and have them taste baby food and quess what it is! This one gets harder every year because of all the new flavors!!

I just got to be honest...I hate baby shower games and I refuse to play them at showers I host. I think people would rather just sit around and talk...hear your plans for delivery, look at your sonogram, etc.

Anyway, I'm sure your shower will be great. Sorry if I sounded negative. I usually give drop-in showers.

Melt candy bars in diapers and have guest try to identify them, very funny. Use kit-kat, milky way, p.b. cups, etc..

Tray game with a small twist. Have the mother-to -be walk around the room with a tray loaded with baby items; nail clippers, diaper rash cream, wipes, q-tips, cotton balls, baby wash... put about 15 items on the tray. Tell guests to take a good look at the items, have the mother go into the other room while guest answer these questions from memory. What color shirt was the mom wearing, did she have earrings on?, did she have a pony tail in her hair, what type of shoes was she wearing...
See who was paying attention! It throws everyone off

We played a raffle once that turned out for my friend. In the invitation explain you're going to have a raffle in addition to anyone who wants to participate (optional for guests to play) Anyone who buys a pack pack of diapers in addition to a gift will be entered into a drawing of a $20 gift card. She was set for diapers for months!

It's good to address in the invite different sizes for them to buy that way you don't get twenty packs of the same size.

I always did the one with the safety pin anytime someone said a certain word the first person to catch them got their safety pin. Whoever had the most safety pins at the end of the night got the prize.

Buy 4 different jars of baby food. Mark 'em 1 through 4, and take the labels off. Can't open the jars, and you have to guess what the food is. make 'em size 1 jars so you can use them in 4 months. :-)
Take your ultrasound pictures and point to a couple of features and make them guess what the feature is - hand, arm, kidneys, heart, etc.
