My toast to Strawberries!

This week in public speaking we were to write a toast to our "favorit food". This was challenging! So I am sharing with you what I have for this week's toast....  

 

 

Here's to you, Strawberry

To your cool juicy sweetness

On a hot summer day

You make us happy

Because you make daiquiri

You are so luscious

Red and green

So pristine

With every bite

You are my favorite

Very nice! I love strawberries and my son would live on them if he could -- actually, he sort of does since he's so picky about what he will and won't eat :-)
