Front Page Concert Press! Rockin' 4 Lilly

I'm so excited! Our local paper interviewed Elizabeth and said the spread would run on Sunday...the day of the benefit concert. We were thrilled with that. Last minute ticket sales could be bolstered by a nice article in the Sunday paper.

Instead....they ran an incredible piece in a sister paper yesterday, and put Sunday's article in today's paper! This gives people an additional day to learn about the concert and hopefully buy their tickets! AND....there is a little photo and headline of Elizabeth and Lilly on the front page!! Elizabeth is sleeping in today, so she doesn't even know about it yet, I'm going to wake her up with, "The concert is front page news!!"

Anyway, I wanted to say thank you again on Elizabeth's behalf for all the support, ticket selling ideas, and well wishes. Here's the link to the online version of today's newspaper article.

Media coverage, a good thing, can make a huge difference. I was once contacted by a local newspaper to write an article about an artist whose classes weren't filling up quickly enough. After the coverage, they had a waiting list :)

Now Kimberly, nowhere in this opening piece except to say the name, did you say it was your daughter in the picture with the baby, Now that is very special, and I read about it in the newspaper link and Mom, you homeschooler you, you are something very special too, and New Hampshire is lucky to have you and your kids are super human beings because of who their parents are, Congratulations to you.
