With Iran poised to develop nuclear weapons, Israel destroys Iran's nuclear facilities. Outraged, Iran's leadership promises to punish Israel and her closest ally the United States. While the US is on high alert, the President and CIA director unleash the one man ruthless enough to track down and kill Iran's most infamous assassin before America's body count mushrooms. Black Ops counterterrorism agent Rapp's deadly directive is clear: "Do whatever's necessary to protect and defent the United States."
This is an action packed book, that raises the questions about when is it justifiable to do whatever is necessary to get what you need. If your looking for a book that is full of adventure, then you might find this book interesting.

From the brief review above I think it may explore the ethical aspects of assination versus war. Is it better that a few die to resolve a national problem or is it better that thousands die. Of course I have not read the book so my guess may easily be wrong.
