One thing I really like about this cookbook is that nutritional
information is included for each of the recipes. I found one thing I didn't
like though the fiber content isn't included. The recipes in this book
sound really delicious and easy. There are so many recipes I want to try
from this book. It will be hard deciding which one to try first. For
instance recipes like: Italian Sausages and Vegetable Chowder; Orange and
Ginger Chicken; Chilie-Citrus Chicken with Sun Dried Tomatoes;
Raspberry Glazed Turkey Meatballs; Pot Roast with Basil, Sun dried Tomato and
Pine Nuts; Navajo Beef and Chili Stew; Meatballs in Sun Dried Tomato
Gravy; Mustardy Orange Flavored Pork Dinner and BBQ Pinto Beans.
 
I think having this book will give my slow cooker a real workout in the
future and hopefully some really good, easy, healthy meals. Mom found
this one for me the other day when her and Sarita went yard selling. It
was in great condition and only 50 cents
