MySQL gets Bought by the Big Boys for 1 Billion

According to the Ziff Davis Network, Sun Microsystems is purchasing MySQL AB, the commercial arm behind the ubiquitous and Open Source MySQL database.  Many fear this to be the beginning of the end of the M in LAMP development.
