I think impeachment would of served 4 years ago but not now. War crimes however can be pressed at any time.

Regardless of who gets in - in 08 - I hope you Bushites don't start crying because your taxes are gonna have to go up in order to get us out of the mess this administration has gotten us into....but no sense in worring about that right now....
The real people that control congress will never allow impeachment to happen.
Even though there are numerous "crimes and misdemeanors" committed by bush/cheney , but no sex so no impeachment.
