Animoto has web-based tools that you can use to turn your photos into a slideshow with cuts, effects, and music. The end result looks much better than what you can produce with software packages like powerpoing and iPhoto.

The full membership, which allows for unlimited-length vidoes, is $30 a year, but for FREE you can create 30-second videos on their site. When the video is complete, they will email it to you at the address you used to sign up.

I'm impressed! I'll definately be using this tool to create some videos of my large photography collection.
