Which came first? The chicken or the egg salad!

I think I had more fun with the naming of this salad than the making of it.

I am linking this to a past article that included my egg salad dip because all I really did was modify the dip by adding 2 large baked chicken breast deboned and chunked, and reduced the salad dressing some so it would not be so messy in a sandwich.

Great for using up leftover chicken breast!
