How will she pay for the 110 Billion Stimulus package?  

Will she propose higher taxes on those who earn money?

For most people, they will accept that the higher taxes won't impact their lifestyle.  I'm somewhat more skeptical of that claim.

January 12, 2008 -- How about that Hillary Clinton: She's already breaking her campaign promises - and she doesn't even have her party's presidential nomination yet. Clinton yesterday reneged on her vow to explain how she'll "pay for everything" she proposes when she pushed a whopping $110 billion "economic stimulus" package - and offered no fund source to underwrite its cost. Gee, that was quick. Wasn't it just a few weeks ago that the former first lady was an apostle of "fiscal responsibility"? And this is just the beginning. She will raise the taxes, shes a Dem and this is what they do.

I imagine once we stop spending millions of dollars a month on the war, she'll have plenty of surplus funds to work with.

Ah, it's typical political action these days. What more do you expect from our political leaders? She promised back in 2000 when she ran for Senator of New York (originally against Rudy Guiliani, who later bowed out of the race to deal with health issues of having been diagnosed with prostate cancer) that she wasn't doing this as a stepping-stone for the presidency.

I would add but one word to your tirade: She hasn't told you how she will fund this program:.......yet.

Personally I agree with Mary. There will be plenty of money for such programs once we stop our disastrous and failed war effort.

This doesn't even deserve a response while we have suffered not one but two terms of the most fiscally irresponsible presidents in modern times. Oh, well so be it.

Keep an eye on all promises from everybody that require funding. They can promise anything for a vote, but Congress has the checkbook...
