If I could,

I would grab handfuls of sugar

to sprinkle along your path

to make it  forever sweet.

If I could,

I would reach beyond the stars

and grab a galaxy

so you could call the Universe your home.

If I could,

I would  cup my beating heart

in my hands

so you could see how much I love you.

If I could,   

I would.

Wow, you have one sweet man! My husband has never done anything that sweet BUT he does sing to me (even in public) and he can't sing for his life?? I guess that is sweet! He sings "You are my destiny" and other sweet songs. My son thinks it is nauseating. I love it, even if he is off-key!
