Puzzle Help Please?

OK, in order to find a geocache tomorrow I have had to do a bit of trivia research. I've found every answer but one and I need help.

Here is the question:

What wattage light bulb did Barney use in his room at Mrs. Mendelbright's?

Yes, this is an Andy Griffith show question.

I know that the Episode number is 104.

Apparently, Barney got in trouble for using a light bulb that was too high in wattage for Mrs. Mendelbright's rules.

Can you help me?

Googled the pertinent info and got two results this is the first one

For years, Barney wasn't allowed either to cook or use more than a 40-watt bulb in his lamp. He has lived at Mrs. Mendelbright's for five years. ...

Well you got more than I did by googling. I must have just been blind. LOL

I kept coming up with a 25 watt and I knew that could not be right.

Glad someone had the answer for you. Puzzle caches are NOT my thing. In fact, my roommate was the one to solve all of them and I'd just tag along for the find. Now since I cache with others most of the time, I don't even select "mystery" caches in my PQs anymore.

We actually wound up only doing one puzzle cache this weekend and this one wasn't it. I'll be saving it for the next go around.

Mom wasn't feeling very well, so she wound up staying in the car most of the day. So... most of the ones we looked for this weekend were easy / quick grabs and not much hiking or walking. I didn't want to leave her alone in the car for very long - and since she *insisted* on tagging along so she wouldn't just be sitting in the house alone, that was OK.

We found 19 out of the 21 we tried for, so that was good.

Then daughter and I went to another town and grabbed a couple.. then last night, daughter, SIL and I went out for a couple hours and got 6/8 of the ones we were searching for.

I'd say it was a pretty good caching weekend. :)

BTW... according to my mother then answer was 100 watt bulb. Apparently this episode was on TVLAND this past week. :)
