A Recipe a Day- Spinach Ricotta Pie with Feta

I plan to make this delightful Greek style dish at home- it sounds delicious! The only changes I would make are in regard to the garnish. I would serve this with diced tomato and Greek olives. Other than that, it sounds great to me!

I was expecting some kind of phillo dough - but this does sound like a delicious casserole. I'll probably give it a try when my spinach is all ripe and I'm looking for ways to use it all up.

That sounds so good...and I can only eat spinach when it is in chesse. But what do I do if I don't like Feta cheese? What is a good sustitute?
